Walk With WMPMI: Veterans Ruck March — November 7
WMPMI is supporting the Veterans Ruck March in Marshall, Michigan, with our new Director of Military Outreach, Breanna Clark, leading our chapter’s involvement.
This annual community walk brings veterans, active-duty service members, and community members together to raise awareness of veteran mental health and suicide prevention.
What is rucking? Walking or hiking while carrying a weighted backpack or rucksack.

Time: 9:00 a.m. step-off
Location: Dark Horse Brewing Co., 511 S. Kalamazoo Ave., Marshall, MI (Start/End location)
Route: 6-mile ruck (walk)
Free Event: No fees to walk, participate

Meet Breanna Clark, WMPMI’s New Director, Military Outreach
Welcome Breanna Clark!
Based in Battle Creek, Breanna is Deputy Program Manager at Amyx, Inc., a Tetra Tech Company, supporting federal IT, operational technology, and cybersecurity programs.
Breanna began her career at Amyx as a Technical Writer, advanced to Integrated Master Scheduler, and grew into program leadership. Her approach to project management centers on clear communication, humility, and helping others feel supported.
At WMPMI, Breanna looks forward to developing programs for service members, veterans, and their families—from resume workshops, PMP exam preparation, and mentoring to helping spouses and dependents navigate their benefits.
