To address this gap, PMI, University College London and MIGSO-PCUBED collaborated on research to identify what drives effective relationship management in major infrastructure deliver.
Join us to learn the five recommendations project professionals and leaders can start applying today. Drawing on insight provided through 60 interviews with large scale megaprojects and gigaprojects across Europe and Australia, the webinar will showcase how high-performing infrastructure projects don’t leave their relationships to chance and instead design and mange them with purpose.
