Every career has its myths, unexpected challenges, and lessons learned the hard way – and project management is no exception. This authentic, reflective, and engaging session gives newer PMs an opportunity to learn from their experienced colleagues -- and experienced PMs a chance to share some "oddities" they've encountered.

- Participants will gain insight that helps them prepare for and manage unanticipated or atypical activities, tasks, and expectations they may encounter as project managers.

About the Facilitators:
Facilitator: Dave Dahl
Dave Dahl has a BS in Computer Science from Michigan Technological University and an MS in Technical Project Management from Johns Hopkins University, and he has been a certified PMP since 2012. He has been leading technology projects across various industries for 25 years.
Facilitator: Keith Pustover
Keith Pustover is a Professional Portfolio and Program Manager with over 30 years of experience from technology startups through Fortune 500 companies, with a passion for driving the misunderstood art of the PM discipline.
Facilitator: Lindsey Lopez
Lindsey is a Project Management leader with over a decade of experience managing successful software projects, and the developers never let me write a single line of code! She has a passion for PM data, reporting, and risk mitigation.
