Processes Don't Run Projects - People Do

Summary:  Project managers are inundated with myriad tools, blind allegiance to processes, and the never-ending agile-vs.-waterfall debate. This session is an experience-based discussion of what actually helps teams deliver, how to manage hybrid agile/waterfall projects, and why core PM skills are needed with any process.

Learning Objectives:  Participants will gain knowledge and insight that helps them adapt general processes to specific project situations, identify core process objectives, and apply PM skills in a variety of methodologies.

Come ready to share your experiences and walk away with practical tips you can put to work on your next project.
