Stakeholder Management and Engagement for Successful Project Delivery

Organizations depend on efficient, scalable, repeatable, and responsive processes for delivering projects successfully. Stakeholder management and engagement are one of the most important ingredients and cannot be ignored. The inability to identify and manage stakeholders is one of the major factors limiting a project’s success. This presentation will provide you with critical information you can use to identify, manage, and engage with your stakeholders and have their buy in to make sure project objectives are achieved.

We will explore more on stakeholder identification and analysis. We will learn how effective stakeholder management techniques and can help ensure effective and efficient project planning & execution and hence successful delivery of projects.

   About the speaker: Shivani Gupta

Shivani Gupta has extensive experience in Project and PMO Management. She has completed multiple projects for Fortune 500 companies as well as Government sector and is currently leading PMO for a healthcare company.

Shivani is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilest, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and Certified Disciplined Agilist. She holds an MBA in Operations & Marketing, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications, Bachelor’s in Medicine (ISM) and certifications in Stakeholder management and Statistics.

Shivani is associated with PMI South Florida since 2012 starting out in Education team, served as VP of Technology for 3 years and currently President-Elect for the Chapter.
