We’re PMP’s, CSM’s, or project management enthusiasts but do we really believe in project management enough to tell the CEO they should use it? What about Agile, is it a flavor of the month, is it a subset of project management, or is it the best methodology within project management? Is Agile good enough to tell the CEO they should use it? Would your conversation with a CEO persuade them Agile should be implemented?
