WMPMI's monthly breakfast meeting is a one-PDU event featuring a program focusing on a topic from the PMI Talent Triangle. Also included is an excellent breakfast buffet and the company of your project management peers.

Lean Coffee Meeting
Topic: Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Description:
A Lean Coffee meeting is a highly interactive meeting that initially has no agenda. The facilitator will guide the group in building the agenda by having them develop subtopics of interest from the main topic of the meeting, which, for this meeting, is Legal and Regulatory Compliance. The subtopics are then arranged and prioritized by way of a group vote. The group will discuss each subtopic inside of 10-minute timeboxes. The highest priority topic is discussed first. When time expires, the group votes to either continue with the current subtopic or discuss the next highest prioritized subtopic. The whole Lean Coffee session -- from subtopic selection to discussion -- lasts one hour.

Doors open at 6:45 AM.
The breakfast buffet begins promptly at 7:00 AM.
After 45 minutes of networking, the program begins at 7:30 AM and ends promptly at 8:30 AM.
