Description: How investing in interns can lead to major payouts for your organization. Internships are a great way to accomplish more with less all while investing in potential future colleagues.

Speaker Bio: Alex is an ITS Project Manager for Davenport University’s Project Management Office; a department that enables professional development through semester-long internships every year. His personal objective is to “prepare and transform students to achieve the highest levels of academic performance, leading them to excel and advance in their chosen fields in the 21st century”.
A few examples of his IT-related projects include the launch of the new external website, the launch of the new internal website, and implementation of the new Cisco phone solution across all campuses including multiple call centers. Outside of work, he is a loving father, husband, college football fan, and movie (Star Wars) enthusiast.
