WMPMI's monthly lunch meeting is a one-PDU event featuring a speaker that presents on a topic from the PMI Talent Triangle. Also included is an excellent lunch buffet and the company of your project management peers.

Topic: How to Create a Master Schedule from Multiple Schedules
Description:
We will explore how to link multiple schedules together into a master schedule and how to develop metrics from the master using Microsoft Project.

Speaker Bio:
Jim Donovan has been scheduling projects since 1983. He scheduled many types of projects including: conveyor design, build and install projects; HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Control and other types of industrial projects; automotive new car and powertrain programs; IT projects. He has been very active in the PMI Michigan Thumb Chapter. He has held the following positions: Director of Golf Outing; VP Education & Training; President, Past President and VP Communications. He has taught PMP Certification Classes and classes on MS Project for the chapter.

The lunch buffet begins promptly at 11:30 AM.
After 45 minutes of networking, the program begins at Noon and ends promptly at 1 PM.
