A corporate strategy can only be as successful as the projects created to execute it. What do you do when your key initiatives are derailed or fall off the track? This presentation will provide the audience with key lessons in properly prioritizing strategy, people, process and technology in your organization’s portfolio. This presentation will provide key signs and triggers to help the audience identify a failed project, a framework to categorize the root cause of the failure/s, determine if you should continue to move forward or scrap it and, ultimately, tactics to turn the project around and achieve organizational success.
