Having challenges working with a virtual team or a virtual team member? This talk will give insight into what is different when working with virtual teams. It will then share three things to focus on that can make a big difference when working with virtual teams. Along they way, it will share proven tools and techniques to help you when working with a virtual team.

Speaker Bio:
Stu Perron has worked with virtual teams for over 17 years, working from Michigan with team members located in other states. As a Manager and Agile Coach, he spearheaded a team to implement Agile and Scaled Agile Framework(SAFe) practices across the entire IT Department. He served as the leader of Agile Enablement Office and the Project Management Office at a major Midwest insurance company. Stu has over 20 years of Project Management experience. He was a charter member of the PMI Central Illinois Chapter. He has earned both PMP and PMI-ACP designations. He has also earned the ITIL Expert certification, Scaled Program Consultant designation, and several insurance industry designations.
