Lakeshore Project: From Idea to Execution
"Lakeshore Project: From Idea to Execution" is the vision of Corporal Jamal C. (J.C.) Steward, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, after returning to Michigan. This initiative evolved from a simple vision into a structured concept aimed at giving back to his Lakeshore community and honoring his fellow military personnel. Jamal will discuss his journey in launching the Michigan Lakeshore Project, sharing valuable lessons learned from transforming an idea into a successful execution.
About the Speaker: Jamal C. (J.C.) Steward
Jamal Steward, a certified Program Manager (PgMP), excels in Program Lifecycle Management for the manufacturing industry. As the Director of Operations for Creative Community Entertain, a 501c3 non-profit, JC integrates his 25+ years of Process Engineering and Cross-Functional Leadership, leading NPI Launch Programs in both industrial and community capacities. As a United States Marine, his core values of leadership, LEAN efficiencies, and continuous improvement support he dynamics in his hybrid PMP approach.
