Secrets to Turning Risks into Unbelievable Wins  

Skyrocker your team's success with this two-hour virtual workshop. It provides a snapshot view of risk management implementation and practice, highlighting your ability to lead both projects and organizations through the power of risk language, culture, and practice.  Workshop speaker Carl Pritchard highlights the importance of building consistency in sharing the risk gospel internally and getting teams to jump on board with effective risk practice.

Learning Objectives:
  • Upon completing this two-hour session, participants will be able to:
    • Determine and share risk tolerances and thresholds at the project and organizational levels
    • Speak risk consistently with team members and management
    • Gather risk data quickly and effectively from stakeholders at a variety of levels

Carl Pritchard is the "fun guy" of risk management and a PMI veteran with an extensive history.  Carl was celebrated in 2019 as PMI Global's "Best of the Best" in Project Management with the Eric Jennet award and has presented on a host of topics (from risk to storytelling) around the globe.  He's the founder of Pritchard Management, LLC, and authored the risk management chapter of the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) Fourth Edition.  He has written ten books on project management, including his latest, The Stage Four Project, which looks at managing incurable cancer as a project.  He has led over 3,000 students to achieve the PMP certification and resides in the mountains of western Maryland with his lovely wife, Nancy.
