Description: Join us for an introductory workshop on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®). EOS, is a comprehensive business system, with a complete set of simple business tools and a proven business process to align and synchronize all the pieces of your business to produce the results you want.

Speaker Bio:
Ken Bogard, Certified EOS Implementer, comes to us with a background in turnaround management and business leadership. His “Know Honesty” approach and EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System®) implementations have delivered significant financial gains and “built-to-last” mentalities with numerous small and medium sized organizations in the Grand Rapids community.
Ken has worked with over 30 companies and over 150 leadership team members. The pains and pleasures of these companies are remarkably alike, desperately requiring a simplistic and effective approach to get quick results.
