Embracing an AI-First Approach for Accelerated Growth in Project Management
This session aims to discuss the role of artificial intelligence in project management, highlighting its potential to enhance productivity and facilitate informed decision-making. It will address prevalent fears and misconceptions about AI, and provide strategies for confidently integrating AI into project workflows. Attendees will explore practical examples demonstrating the effective application of AI tools, including large language models, within the project management sphere. Furthermore, the session will underscore the importance of cultivating an AI-first mindset to navigate and succeed in an evolving technological landscape.

Gul Sher is the CEO and Co-Founder of Leaveit2ai, an EdTech startup creating AI-powered solutions to boost efficiency and productivity in the education sector. With over 12 years of experience as a data professional and a Ph.D., he has extensive data analytics and machine learning expertise. His credentials include a prestigious Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning certification from MIT, which he completed in 2019. Throughout his career, Gul Sher has demonstrated effective leadership, communication, and collaboration with stakeholders in roles such as head of strategic committee and program coordinator, driving meaningful improvements. He also launched a K12 AI initiative in collaboration with US based startup, reaching over 100 teachers and 500 students, to introduce young learners to AI. He is passionate about innovation and continuous learning in AI enabled product development.
