WMPMI Annual Report to the Membership
The WMPMI board presents the Annual Board Report 2024 to the membership as PMI requires. The WMPMI Board Members will share progress from 2024 and the vision for the chapter members and community engagement in 2025.
About the Speakers:
Rosemary Mills, 2025 WMPMI President, is a Senior Project Manager at Flexco corporation, which manufactures products and services to maximize conveyor belt uptime, productivity, and safety. The WMPMI Board Vice Presidents come from various organizations and will assist in providing the overall Annual Membership Report.

Future Trends in Project Management for 2025 and Beyond
In this session, the speakers will dive into the top trends reshaping the industry, such as AI, hybrid methodologies, emotional intelligence, and sustainability. Participants will explore how these innovations transform project execution, team dynamics, and leadership strategies and learn practical ways to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving field.

- Identify and describe at least three current trends in project management
- Compare and contrast project management approaches highlighting the importance of flexibility and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrate practical ways to incorporate regenerative sustainability principles into project management
About the Speakers - Lisa Hammer and David B. Newman, Leadership Techniques, LLC
Lisa Hammer and David B. Newman are co-founders and principals of Leadership Techniques, LLC, and are Authorized Training Partners (ATPs) with the PMI. They have the honor of being part of an elite group of instructors selected to deliver multiple courses for the Project Management Institute (PMI) - PMI Training® (formerly known as PMI SeminarsWorld®), a series of professional seminars held monthly across the country and virtually. They were selected to present a session on Artificial Intelligence at the PMI Global Conference on AI in Los Angeles, CA, in September 2024.
