WMPMI's monthly breakfast time meeting is a one-PDU event featuring you and other attendees discussing topics from the PMI Talent Triangle. 

This meeting is a LEAN Coffee and will be basically agenda-less with the basic topics being briefly  introduced and then participants join in and begin talking. It’s a very easy format to follow and very engaging!

How Do We Use Kanban Boards and Trello?

What is Kanban board? It's a visual way to manage tasks and workflows, by using boards or cards. Kanban - the Japanese word for billboard was developed by Toyota in 1940 and used originally as a scheduling system. Today, the boards are used in every industry. 

Trello is a visual collaboration tool that enables you to organize and prioritize projects in a fun, flexible and rewarding way. Trello board is a series of lists, with a bunch of cards attached and packed with features and automation. 

In this Lean Coffee meeting we will share ideas of using these two programs, how we got started, why we use them and if there is a reason not to perhaps. 

Bring your Trello or Kanban boards for bragging rights. You just might win a title of Kanban/Trello Master!
