Managing Stress and Work/Life Balance
The workshop will help give you a better overall understanding of stress and anxiety, what keeps it going, how it affects us physically and mentally. I will help you discover your balance between work and personal life and how to deal with demands from both. We will explore techniques and strategies to help you take back control. You will leave with a toolbox of simple, effective tools that you can use in your every day life to manage any stress or anxiety that shows up. These tools will improve your decision making, increase your productivity, connect better with coworkers and family, helping you feel more balanced and happy in your every day life!
About the speaker: Beth Tuttle
Beth Tuttle is an Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner who has spent more than a decade studying and teaching energy medicine, holistic living and stress management. Her passion is helping people understand their stress triggers, patterns and hidden blocks that create overwhelm and fear, which prevents them from taking action. She teaches EFT and simple stress management techniques that will allow you to navigate life's challenges at work and and home. She will help you focus on the mindset and actions you need to feel calmer, more connected, confident and empowered in your life.
