About the PM Collective Conversation
We all know that it's important to capture lessons learned during a project, just as it's important to use those lessons to improve the next project. We all also know that it can be a struggle to do this: It's hard to find the time, tools, and techniques for this part of project management that doesn't get a lot of attention or support. Let's come together at the PM Collective to discuss ideas, challenges, and success stories -- let's learn some lessons about lessons learned!
