Col. Bill Richards is a Desert Storm combat veteran and the founder of Vetacon, a veteran-run organization dedicated to supporting fellow veterans in the creative arts. Bill's mission is to help reduce the tragic statistic of 22 veteran suicides per day by empowering veterans to express themselves and find purpose through artistic expression.

Empowering Veterans: Harnessing Virtual Reality, AI, and Collaboration for Career Success! 

Traditional job application strategies are outdated due to digital advancements, including Artificial Intelligence. It emphasizes a modern approach to career development, guiding attendees through self-discovery, market identification, and effective personal storytelling using AI and Virtual Reality. The session helps Veterans (and everyone) to explore their passions, develop their personal sweet spot, and learn to tell a compelling story. (with a little help from virtual reality, Better Together and Artificial Intelligence); encouraging a shift towards more dynamic and marketable job-seeking strategies.

Mike Callahan, Managing Partner at Callahan & Rose Consulting, specializes in career empowerment and personal branding. He hosts the "I Inc and Beyond" podcast for veterans and has authored influential career development books, including "I Inc." and "Tiger in the Office.
