Lessons Learned - The Fine Art of Sharing What You Know

In this presentation, Carl reflects on the positive application of both lessons learned and lessons UN-learned. He engages the audience in the development of different "project hacks" building on their real-world experiences and tricks of the trade. Most importantly, he drives home the message that lessons learned from any field are useless without a clear understanding of how they are properly implemented, covering the critical questions that draw out the "how" as well as the lessons themselves.
