Agile Project Management in Video Production 

In video production, many of our clients have little to no experience making a video or have had a bad experience. Further, our work contains many industry-specific terms that can intimidate clients and create a barrier to success.  Our video projects are fast paced and can be daunting to those new to the process. We use agile project management and project management tools for customer facing engagement to ease them into the process, while tackling our challenging needs. We’ve discovered a great balance that makes the video production process enjoyable (as it can be) for our clients who become repeat clients for years. This workshop will teach you insights on video production and will show you tried and tested processes you can apply to your own project management.

About the speaker : Jennifer Moxley

22-year Communications veteran Jennifer Moxley started her career in newspaper, worked in television news, and took the leap into entrepreneurship in 2012. She's a communications strategist, helping clients find the best way to tell their story and creative ideas to break through the crowded media spaces. She's multi-talented in TV Broadcast and video production with decades of experience as a videographer, editor, production project manager, satellite truck owner and fill-in for most every role on a crew. She worked as videographer for the New York Giants, sat behind a camera in Maya Angelou's formal room for her remote speeches and news interviews the last year of her life, and she still produces interviews with television stars from HBO, Hulu, and Disney.

A social entrepreneur at heart, in 2022, she started the nonprofit She Dreams In Color Foundation to help marginalized women access mental health care.
