Maureen Metcalf, the President of Metcalf & Associates, Inc., is a distinguished leader, consultant, speaker and teacher focused on helping leaders transform themselves and their organizations in service of creating healthy sustainable and successful organizations.  She is the co-author of The Innovative Leadership Fieldbook published by Integral Publishing, 2012 Best Business Reference Book winner in the International award, and of the Innovative Leadership Workbook series.

She has developed, tested, and implemented emerging models that dramatically improve how clients' transform themselves and their organizations solving the most challenging problems and building “thrivability”. 


 

Pre-Dinner Presentation: Mind Mapping for Project Managers

The Mind Mapping presentation defines the concepts of mind mapping and gives examples of how it can be used in just about any business scenario.  The audience will walk away with ideas for how to apply the concepts to their work lives, and where to find mind mapping tools.
